1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") apply to all users of the 55rr4 website at 55rr4.club (the "Platform") and all associated services, including but not limited to the sports betting markets, live casino, slots, crash games, promotional offers, and any mobile-optimised interface. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the 55rr4 platform. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account security obligations:

• 2.1You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension.
• 2.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes (OTP). 55rr4 will never contact you to request your password, bKash PIN or Nagad PIN.
• 2.3All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be carried out by you personally. You accept full liability for any transactions, bets or other activities made through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• 2.455rr4 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. This may include requesting a copy of your national identity card, passport, or proof of mobile number ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.
• 2.5The registration and use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55rr4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds claimed across those accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55rr4 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all accepted payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 55rr4, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• 3.2Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the individual method's capabilities. Where a direct return is not technically possible, 55rr4 will process the withdrawal via an alternative supported BDT method agreed with the account holder.
• 3.355rr4 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated in the account dashboard at the time of the request. 55rr4 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider, including mobile financial service downtime or bank processing delays.
• 3.455rr4 reserves the right to suspend or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these T&C. In such cases, 55rr4 may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
• 3.5Player funds held in 55rr4 accounts are maintained in accounts separate from 55rr4 operational funds. This separation is maintained for player protection purposes; however, 55rr4 does not represent that segregated funds are held in trust or that any specific legal protections apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

55rr4 may offer bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific promotional terms provide otherwise:

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) will be stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus spins cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• 5.3Using the 55rr4 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financially criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable Bangladesh financial regulations.
• 5.4Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or security mechanism deployed on the 55rr4 platform, including RNG systems, odds-calculation engines and payment processing modules.

7. Responsible Gaming

55rr4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools and obligations apply to all 55rr4 accounts :

• 6.155rr4 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders and self-exclusion options within the account settings of every registered account. 9. Limitation of Liability

• 8.255rr4 shall not be liable for any service interruptions, delays or failures arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, acts of God, or the failure of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad and Rocket to process transactions in a timely manner.
• 8.3Where 55rr4's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 55rr4's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits made by you to your 55rr4 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below:

Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated BDT payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these T&C, 55rr4 may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, any balance legitimately owed to the player will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Amendments to These Terms

55rr4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, 55rr4 will provide notice to registered users via a prominent notice on the Platform or via the registered email or mobile number associated with the account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the 55rr4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution rules before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
